Blogging Your Way to Success
Blog sites, as you know, are a great way to find wealth and steady income online. The problem, however, is that the number of bloggers who disappear into obscurity is way more than the number of bloggers who go on to make six figure incomes with their blog. What is the reason for that? What makes one blogger so hugely successful and another blogger so pathetically unsuccessful? I will tell you the reasons.
Successful bloggers have the following qualities:
1. They know how to blog. In other words, they know how to write things that people want to read. 2. They know how to optimize their blog for search engines. 3. They know how to get highly targeted traffic to their blog. 4. They know how to promote their blog to get more readers.
Unsuccessful bloggers have the following qualities:
1. They do not know how to blog. They usually write some crappy stuff which no one bothers to read. 2. They have zero idea about search engine optimization. 3. They usually waste their time and money by buying traffic or by trying useless methods that do not generate any sort of traffic. 4. They have no idea whatsoever about blog marketing.
Now, if you are someone who is new to the world of blogging, I need to tell you that you shouldn’t make the common mistakes mentioned above. How do you get started the right way? Let me tell you.
As someone who has been blogging for the past five years, I can tell you one thing. Most of the ebooks available in the market today are absolutely subpar. It is a waste of time and money to buy and read these books.
There are, however, some exceptions. Ebooks written by famous bloggers are usually very good and they give a lot of valuable information for newbies. Three such books I would recommend you to read include:
1. Blogger’s Paycheck – When I read it for the first time, I found it really hard to believe that it was written by someone who was apparently new to the world of pro blogging. This ebook has everything -from tips to set up your blog to getting tons of free traffic.
2. Super Affiliate Blogger – Let me put it simply – if you are new to affiliate marketing and don’t know a thing about blogs as well, this is the book you should read. It explains everything to you in a step by step manner – how to set up your blog, how to optimize it, how to write compelling blog posts and titles, how to get quality traffic, how to do blog marketing, and much, much more.
3. Blogging To The Bank – This book explains some great methods to make money from your blog. You will find monetization options, websites where you can get free content for your blog, some useful traffic generation methods, and more.
If you are thinking of starting a blog, I have just one thing to say – learn the basics first. Read some good ebooks, get a basic idea of blogging, and then start one. This way, you can dramatically increase the chances of making money from your blog sites
